During the Buyer Consultation, we’ll begin your home search. We’ll create a search for you with all the desired features of your home. Then we’ll view all available properties together on a large tv in our office. This is a great way to share your vision of your new home.. Once you’ve selected the most desirable listings, we’ll tour those homes together.  

Once we find your dream home, we’ll manage all the steps to complete your transaction, everything from offer preparation and negotiation on your behalf, to inspections and loan approval, all the way to handing you the keys to your new home and helping you get settled. We’ll tailor our approach to your unique needs to assure you have a successful and enjoyable experience.
