Meet The Bells

Beth Bell Brown

 
Born and raised in Lexington, Beth knows the area and its history incredibly well. It’s important to her that she focus on your very unique goals and needs in your home purchase and sale. So, she’ll help you set a great plan right from the beginning, which will provide an extraordinary experience for you. You’ll feel completely confident in her ability to look out for your best interest in your transaction. Beth is a Kentucky State Licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, College of Business. She is also the leading REALTOR® for sales in Waterford subdivision. She’s been happily married to Greg Brown, a Morehead Kentucky native, since 2005. They share their home in Waterford with a very spoiled chocolate Labrador named Deuce, and their cat Jill. When they're not working, they enjoy golfing, cooking, gardening and following Lexington happenings.


Nancy Bell

Nancy established her home sales career over four decades ago and has helped well over 2000 individuals, couples and families make a home here in the Bluegrass. She’s like the Martha Stewart of real estate. She’ll help you get settled in your new home, and she may even share some recipes or regional gardening tips along the way. Nancy has sustained her business by assuring her clients have the most enjoyable transactions possible. And, she has built her reputation on that, passing this philosophy on to Beth. She is also a Kentucky State Licensed Real Estate Broker. Nancy has been married to Russ Bell since 1966. Russ installs The Bells signs, and helps any other way he can. In addition to Beth, Russ and Nancy have a son, John, who has been the IT Director for Rector Hayden REALTORS® since 1999.


Lauren Bell

Born and raised right here in the Bluegrass, Lauren has the vast local knowledge and expertise you seek in your REALTOR®. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with years of experience in marketing. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she was Manager of Acquisition at a local non-profit. She was responsible for acquiring more than 90,000 new donors every year and marketing all across the United States. She also managed the customer relations team, which honed her abilities to build strong client relationships. Her attention to detail is like no other and her drive to deliver results is impeccable. Lauren is married to Matthew and they have two children who attend Lexington Christian Academy. Both of her children are avid soccer players and they love spending time together on the soccer fields
